The first major UFC event of the year, UFC 220 is coming with two spectacular titles fights which are: Stipe Miocic VS Francis Ngannou for World Heavyweight Championship & Daniel Cormier VS Volkan Oezdemir for World Lightheavyweight Championship, scheduled on January 20th, 2018, in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts.
This would be the third consecutive title defense for Stipe Miocic; most in the history of UFC’s Heavyweight division. Francis Ngannou, on the other hand, is one of the hardest
hitters in UFC right now as he shocked the world by brutally knocking out Alistair Overeem in his last fight.
The co-main event which is making headlines is Daniel Cormier VS Volkan Oezdemir. Cormier last fought with Jon Jones, but that fight was declared “no contest” because Jon Jones tested positive for a substance that’s banned. Oezdemir that’s making waves by winning his last four bouts is up against Cormier which would be yet another exciting matchup.
